3. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. Once a digital book has been delivered or a one-time download link has been provided, refunds will not normally be issued.

4. Exceptions

A refund may be approved in the following circumstances:

• A duplicate payment was made for the same order.
• The digital file is corrupted, inaccessible, or cannot be downloaded, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
• An incorrect digital title was supplied due to our error.
• A refund is required under applicable law.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before payment has been successfully processed and before the one-time download link has been issued. Once digital delivery has occurred, the order cannot be cancelled except as provided in this policy.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method through AzamPay or the applicable payment provider. Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to be completed, depending on your payment provider.

8. Account Misuse

Refunds will not be issued where access has been suspended or restricted due to fraud, unauthorized sharing or distribution of digital products, misuse of the website, or any breach of our Terms and Conditions.
